1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

If you purchase services or book a course through the Site, additional rules specific to that purchase/booking may apply and will be provided to you at checkout/booking.

2. Provider information (consumer and e-commerce)

Before concluding a consumer contract, we provide truthful and sufficient information about the provider, including identifying details (name/address/contact information), in an understandable form, in accordance with Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» (від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX).

For online contracting, you may directly access required provider identification details, including contact information (email) and other website/address data, in accordance with Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» (від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII).

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and only for its intended purposes. You must not:

• interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or content;
• use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading materials;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
• circumvent access controls or disrupt booking/purchase processes.

4. Availability and changes

The Site may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We may modify or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time, without liability to you.

We strive to display information accurately, but prices, schedules, course availability, and content may change. Where required, final details will be confirmed at the time you complete a purchase or booking.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, design, logos, branding, and materials, is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, publish, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

6. Liability and disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Nothing on the Site should be understood as a promise of specific results from courses/consultations. Any course outcomes depend on your efforts, prior knowledge, and other factors.

7. Personal data and cookies

If the Site processes personal data (including through cookies or trackers that may process personal data such as analytics/advertising identifiers), we comply with Ukrainian personal data protection requirements, including a lawful processing basis and required notices/rights handling, in accordance with Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» (від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI).

8. Advertising

Where information constitutes advertising, it will be clearly identifiable as advertising (for example, marked with the signifier “реклама”) so it is distinguishable from other information, in accordance with Закон України «Про рекламу» (№ 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996).

9. Course/booking inquiries and contact forms

If you use the contact form to request information or leave a lead, submission may redirect to a thank-you page. The final submission destination is managed by us. No optional validation or custom success flow is provided by the form client.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved according to applicable Ukrainian law.
